A Low Fat Vegan Diet Prevents Diabetes – and Can Even Cure It!
Did you know that a low-fat vegan diet prevents diabetes? How can that be? So many “experts” are telling you to cut way back on sugar, fruit, and all carbohydrates. Some people are even trying to convince you that a high-fat ketogenic diet is the solution to diabetes, when that is the opposite of the truth.
Don’t buy it!
Some of those so-called experts will tell you to load up on protein. That means loading up on fat, because high protein foods are also high in fats. But adding more fat is the WORST thing you can do when you have diabetes or hypoglycemia.
Sure, it is important to cut out refined sugar, high fructose corn syrup, white flour, and all the other junk foods. However, whole fruits and vegetables, including starchy vegetables, should make up the bulk of any healthy diet – even if you have diabetes.
Want to Know Why?
The truth is that Type 2 diabetes, and even some Type 1, can be reversed or cured with the right diet. That diet is plant based. It is not about avoiding glucose, believe it or not. And it is low fat and moderate protein!
I just have to share this amazing Facebook Live discussion between Anthony William, the Medical Medium, and Robby Barbaro of Mastering Diabetes. It might just be the best talk on health and blood sugar that I’ve ever heard – and I listen to a lot of this stuff.

Please share this information far and wide!
Diabetes is now one of the leading killers in America, along with heart disease, cancer, and medical interventions. All of these are largely caused by poor diet and lifestyle choices.
Sometimes poor choices are due to ignorance. Spread the word. Inform your friends and family. Maybe they won’t listen. Maybe they won’t change. But maybe they will.
If they hear the truth often enough, it will eventually start to sink in. Let’s hope it is not too late for your loved ones.
